I have plans, big plans all the time. Problem: When to do said plans? And than when plans don’t happen. One very frustrated mommy. Often I toss around ideas about of what I can do, while the kids do this and visa versa but of course come life’s interruptions and I forget. So today I posted a free printable for all you others with BIG PLANS!
This printable allows for me to plan ahead for that day when I just know if I have the kids going on something, I am going to get that time.
Also, I think its totally appropriate to fill in your back up plan with these ideas: Ipad Time!, nice glass of wine and breathe, put in headphones and go for it, and a favorite around this house, wait for the minute your husband opens the door and hand those kiddos over!
Now print up a stack and get going! Just click on the image below to download. Oh, if you have other ideas let me know, I would love to hear them!
Forewarning: My printer is broke, this has never been actually printed from my computer as, well, getting the printer fixed is on the to-do list… such is life! So if you have problems printing let me know and I will fix.
My Mom. My biggest supporter besides my husband. She calls me every Saturday without fail and even though I hardly every have my phone by me at the time, I always love to know she thought of me and wanted to talk to me. She responded on Facebook with such excitement about a free download on my site, I didn’t want to tell her she probably wouldn’t use it.
So instead I searched through my computer looking for something she would like.
So here goes:
A 5×7 print of a chrysanthemum. (Just click on the image and it should start your pdf download.)
Thank you,I love you mom and have a good day!
Everyone else, feel free to download and enjoy a little color in your day!
Finally, its up. I wrote this article about six months ago and its just been sitting, waiting for some images and some pdf finesse. We are a t-shirt house, which means we go through a lot of t-shirts. There are lots of ways to recycle t-shirts but seriously besides rags what do you do with your husbands ratty old white t-shirts. Well I came up with these rugs, as you can see its shades of white and uhmm, even some pink thanks to a wash load gone wrong. Basically its a super-sized potholder loom that produce a very usable item. I only have the one made but there are more in the future I can feel it. I would love to see some in color! I created a pdf tutorial for you HERE. Please I would love to see your interpretations ….
I am a list maker, not always a list user, or a list completer. But lists, and lots of them. They help me sleep, they help assure me I am doing something. I have tried lots of list for chores but it always seems like they are to INTENSE or I need ten of them to get everything done for the month. So I devised a list of my own, its for all those house cleaning to-dos. Its for one month, and it works on the daily, weekly and monthly level. You get done what you get done. As you will notice I really only have 3 things to tick off for every day and than you just wittle away at the weekly and monthly things as time dictates… User be warned.. I am not the best house cleaner, the most exacting housekeeper. But my kids are happy and my husband is well fed, and I can get the house together for company in about 2o minutes. I hope you like the lists I have a Color Version and a Black and White Version. Let me know if you have any thoughts… Thanks and I hope you enjoy…
My cousin posted awhile back about losing the calender that she was keeping track of her newborn with for scrapbooking purposes, and she was very distraught about it. This creeping feeling of guilt come over me. Calender, scrapbook, uhmmm hrmmm. Aidan’s baby book is complete up to 4 months and yes it is brimming full at 4 months but past that I have 941 photos sitting in a folder on my computer waiting to be sorted and printed for his baby book. As a bit of incentive and maybe just to make myself feel a little better I created some stickers to use in his book.
I LOVE STICKERS!!! I have stickers for everything, if it can be printed on label paper it is in my office, I swear. So in that spirit I have decided to share my baby book stickers to any other moms who may need a little baby book incentive, or maybe just print them out and stick them to well… anything. Don’t have label paper don’t worry just use card stock and a little glue.
So just click here to download. Hope you enjoy, and I would love to see what you do with them!
